New Headless Anne Boleyn Paper Doll

My massive etsy overhaul continues! Anne Boleyn is one of my favorite historical figures (along with her daughter!) I feel that she most of have been a fascinating and compelling person to get where she did. That is why her horrible and tragic downfall is so interesting to us, all this time later. Here is my revised version of an earlier paper doll. You can see the original by clicking here.

Here is the new paper doll. You can chose to insert the head, or not!

All that Jazz

So I am in the hefty process of overhauling my etsy shop! That means cleaning out older paper dolls, or sprucing them up, or making new ones all together. Also, prettier packaging and professional bits. So keep an eye out for the improvements!

My Chicago-inspired paper doll is an old favorite where I felt the composition was a little lacking. So here is the newer, shinier version!

Green Fairy

The sun has started to shine here and it has done wonders for morale! What a dreary and unpleasant winter! I am ready to see some green!...

If it isn't grass it may as well be the green fairy! Here is an illustration I made for Pernod Absinthe's "The Creator of...Art Contest." The only rule was to include the year the company was formed; 1805. All I could think of was Nicole Kidman and Moulin Rouge, so I went for a fairly classical green fairy for my entry. It is acrylic paint with pencil and digital. They have been announcing the finalists this week in the contest, and so far not me, so I figured I would share the drawing with you anyway :)

Headless Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI Paper Dolls

New in the shop!

You may recall an earlier version of my Marie Antoinette doll, I felt it was time to improve her, I have the technology! This version is based on same same preface; a paper doll with a detachable head. My Zombie Antoinette painting served as inspiration.

but this time I included her equally ill-fated spouse, Louis XVI
